My stress level is THROUGH THE ROOF.
A month ago, I disappeared from the real world and laid on my couch for four straight days. I turned off all technology (minus the TV) and got up only when I had to pee. At that time, everything had snowballed; school was getting crazy, vacation plans were crazy, my family was in Germany, my friends were pissing me off, my guys were confusing, and I stupidly offered to help out the most horrible human being on the face of the planet and got screwed over in the process. Needless to say, I totally fell apart.
Now, summer classes end in sixteen days. I have two ten-minute persuasive speeches to write, a speech final, and two major math exams left. My bank account is emptying scarily fast, mostly thanks to the speeding ticket I got yesterday, the parking ticket I got while I was in Maine (yeah, clearly I suck at driving), rent/utility bills, gas, and paying for skating.
This is supposed to be SUMMER, aka THE FUN TIME OF THE YEAR. And I’m currently existing solely off of coffee and a great big bottle of Advil.

I got a speeding ticket back in April, and they finally sent me the “bills” a couple of weeks ago. I paid the county I was driving in $380 and DMV $300. Guess who’s driving slow these days.
That sucks! I wish your summer was more relaxing!
OMG Yoon, how much were you speeding?!?!? Mine was only $33, and to get it off my record I just have to double that!
